We stayed at the Adam's Mark Hotel during the clinical supervision conference. The hotel was old, the staff unfriendly and the service poor. If you like a hotel with rooms from the 1970's stay there. The rooms had burn holes in the rugs and curtains falling off windows. I will not stay there again. The business center was filthy and none of the equipment worked. It definatley is not the 5 star hotel that they advertise themselves to be.

As bad as it gets Overall Score: 1.5
I was in town for the hockey game.I returned to my room at 10:00PM.To my surprise,my room was inundated by very loud music from the hotel's bar.I asked to be moved.I was refused on the grounds that the hotel was fully booked.It was simply too loud to sleep.By 1:30AM I was angry and again asked to be moved and was again denied.The music finally ended at 2:00AM.Customer service is really low on the totem pole at this hotel.
