This 119 bedroom modern hotel is situated in it's own grounds 2.5 miles south of the historic city of Norwich on the main A140 Ipswich Road. The hotel offers excellent accommodation. The nice thing about this hotel is that the staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful, and to compensate guests if errors have been made in the booking arrangements. However the facilities throughout, i.e. the rooms, the public areas, restaurant, swimming pool etc, whilst clean, are all well overdue for refurbishment, and are looking tired. The biggest disappointment is breakfast. Whilst the traditional English fare is well-cooked, there is a limited range of alternatives, and the staff barely cope with the pressure. In all, staying there is an average kind of experience.

The hotel is ideally located 2.5 miles from Norwich City Centre and Norwich International Airport just off the A140. The hotel has been designed to combine contemporary design with comfortable accomodation and value pricing, catering for both business and leisure travellers. Each of the 78 bedrooms has a desk area with high speed internet access, direct dial telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen TV with satellite channels and an invigorating power shower.
