My wife and I stayed here for a one night holiday. Got our room key and left without going to the room to have a nice dinner celebration. After dinner we returned to the hotel about 9:30 pm and went to our room for the night. the next morning the bill had been slid under the door. Now we had bought a night for two with breakfast, at a charity event and thought all charges were included. The extra charges were for liquor at the Terrace, their bar area. We had not ben there. I went to the front desk to resolve the problem and was told by the only employee there that she couldn't help us, and the the only person that could help was at a training semminar out of town for a week. I asked the front office girl to have her contact me. I recieved no call, so I contacted the corporat customer service people and was told they could help me for a week as well, as the local hotel need to take care of the problem. Now seven days latter still no contact from anyone and I will have to drive to the hotel to confront them over this problem. The amount in question is only 18.20 but the bigger problem is the compleate lack of customer service from the local hotel and the corporate offices.
