Oh my god! Overall Score: 1.25
This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I had made reservations by phone the day before, but when I got there they had all the wrong room specs in the computer. In addition, I had signed up for the "Friday Night Special" and when I mentioned that to the person at the front desk she had no idea what I was talking about. Furthermore, they didn't have the vouchers for the dinners and breakfasts. The weight staff had no idea what to do with the vouchers and the were slow and rude. The room was okay but I called down to the front desk 5 times to have them send up a tv remote, which was missing from the room, but they never sent one up.
The hotel is really bad, there is no organization or communication between the departments. I do not recommend staying here.
