Through fault of my own, I put the wrong date on our reservations. When we got there on the day I thought it was, the lady at the front desk was so rude. She could easily see that I intended it to be for Saturday and not Friday, yet would not give me a discount or anything. When I explained WHY we were staying at their hotel, she still would not budge. The prices there are ridiculous and if anyone can, stay elsewhere!!
