very bad service.. room smelled, front desk clerk who was asian was very rude, she was talking on the phone, there was another lady that was standing at the counter talking to her while i was checking out, over charged me..then another asian lady with short hair was yelling on the phone.. i found a mouse in my room. wouldnt change my room when i asked them too.. toilet was noisey.. i will NEVER GO TO THAT HOTEL EVER AGAIN. THAT HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE THAT HOTEL.. COMPLAINED TO MANAGEMENT NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT..

had breakfast eggs bacon, sausages, and toast, wasnt cooked spoiled danish and fruits.. found a dead mouse in my room, ants in the bathroom, over charged me, i told the asian lady at the front desk but gave me and my husband attitude, very bad customer service.. i asked for a manager but management wouldnt help me even offer me a discount..im still trying to call health department about this.. i heard the asian lady call me a black b???? and that i was lying .. never will i go back or recommend them out..
