Overall Wonderful Experience
Overall Score: 4.75
Spotlessly clean room and dining area, gymlette (small) and hall bathroom; new, comfortable. Extra amenities like omelet and sausage in addition to continental breakfast. Very pleasant and polite housestaff. Perfection spoiled when I reported to the desk that the toilet in the hall was running slowly, and that preventive maintenance would be useful. Desk person said "...the house staff has gone for the day (Saturday afternoon) - I will get a plunger for you." The rest of the staff and the stay were excellent.
