my son and daughter -in-law went up for the night as my granddaughter was to have surgey on her neck at 8;00 AM the next moring they live 2 and half hours away from the hospital in chaple hill, so they were getting a room in your hotel for the night ,for some reason their credit card would not go though so they called me. i was watching the other granddaughter and the person at the hotel there would not take my credit card she said hotel policy well your policy sucks i have talked to other hotels before and they have taken my credit card over the phone with no problem.i will never ever use your hotel again.thank you very
