Superb Service
I stayed in the newly opened Marriott hotel in Galway for the rally that was on. We had a wonderful stay, the staff were very accommodating. We had dinner on Saturday & the food was lovely. Best nights sleep ever in a hotel as beds were so comfy!

my stay in the tangerine
my stay in the viva tangerine was the best holiday i've ever had. Nearly everything was great except it rained once or twice, but you can;t help that. the beach wa nice the swimming pool and the entertainment/activity staff were just fabulous. they used to talk play games, dance with you and when other games were starting they'd come and collect you. the food there was nice , not excelent but it was nice food, there was alot of variety anyways. the gardens that the hotel is based in are lovely there cut everyday and the plants are great.i found that there was alot of things to do. if your the sort of person who likes holidays then you will fall in love with this hotel.great holiday 9/10

The beautiful Lodge at Ventana Canyon
Our stay at the beautiful property couldn't have been more perfect. Entering The Lodge through a gated entrance makes you feel more like your entering a private country club--which it apparently also is. The golf courses are the best I've planned in Arizona...tennis, day spa, fantastic food...this resort has my entire family planning a return trip this spring! The staff was the most friendly and accomodating-helping each of us with our every whime...great place to stay!

A Party that was memorable
Hey im kristen,
I would just like to say thanks to the Best western hotel for helping my friends and I have a get together because we've all been away at college for a year. They were astonishly helpful in finding us a room to stay in and helping us with the party. You all rock! love you lots!

Being in a travel team, we've been to many hotels. By far, this one stands out. We stayed in a "regular" room. The room was big, comfortable and very clean. The beds were nice and relaxing. Nice amenities in the room. It was quiet also, pretty sound resistant to the hallway activities. We had a nice breakfast at their restaurant and the food was excellent. If we're in this area again, we would definitely come back to this hotel.

The stay of a Lifetime
When I arrived at the Best Western Laguna reef, I had the time of my life. when I first walked into my georgeous room I headed straight for the window, I looked outside and
saw the most romantic view! I was thrilled with the service we got at the Best Western. Laguna Beach was the most fabulous place to stay with the wonderful shopping, going to the beach everyday it was the stay of a lifetime! I would just like to say thanks for making my stay at the Best Western fabulous.

Wonderful Vacation!
The lodge was great and smack dap in the most wonderful area. My family and I visited Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Paria Canyon, Cedar Breaks and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes during our stay. The staff was kind and helpful and the rooms were nice with fantasic views. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank You!

The Best Of The Best!
This Best Western was, hands-down, the BEST I've stayed at. They recently renovated the hotel into a cozy homestyle environment.
I would definitely stay here again. Great service, beautiful and very spacious rooms. And amenities I have seen at no other.
I have stayed at both the Holiday Inn and Best Western in Vallejo. Best Western wins my vote as THE BEST IN TOWN!

Excellent location
This hotel is ideally situated in the center of town.
We could walk to the shopping area, historical sites and cultural centers of Jerusalem. We booked through their web site: http://levyerushalayim.co.il and got a discount.

The smell
This particular hotel had a stench that made me gag everytime i woke up. The whole trip was a big mistake. I had the bratty kids yelling in my ear because of the smell. I dont recomend anybody even concidering staying at this hotel. The service was mean and inpatient, the food was horrible, and the room next to mine had a couple going at it all night long. This is a terrible hotel and nobody should stay here.

We stayed here last August for our first trip to Disneyland. We drove from Scotland - which was not as bad as we thought and had secure parking under the hotel and a minimal cost. The RER train station was less than 5 minutes walk and it only cost 8euros for the train into Disneyland (about 8 minutes on the train). An excellent hotel and service and a great base for your Disneyland holiday. Room was spacious for the 2 children in sofa bed and cot. Great Value - would definately go to this hotel again.

The hotel is well appointed. Most of the staff was very helpful. The restaurant was acceptable.
I remarked to the manager that I enjoyed my stay and would book here again. That was before I got my phone bill.
I made two calls to Texas. The total call time was 16 minutes. My phone bill was $144.00. That is not 144.00 pesos. That is U.S. dollars.
If you need to make telephone calls while in Monterrey, stay somewhere else.

Great Hotel in a Great Location
I had the pleasure to stay at the Washington Court Hotel in March and my wife and I loved it. The rooms are generous in size and quite luxurious with great views of the US Capitol and Washington DC. We enjoyed great food and a fun atmosphere in the Federal City Bar and dining in Bistro 525 was a treat. The hotel's location is second to none. We have stayed in DC many times and no other location compares, with easy access to Union Station, US Capitol Building and the National Mall. I had to do business on this trip and the great work space, high speed internet and business center services made it very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

The Grey Gull
I have stayed at the Grey Gull many times
and found this time that they have greatly
upgraded things. The paint colors were very modern, they are putting in a new pool, they have a Conference room for small companies and the room I stayed in was beautiful. TV's are large, computer in lobby for guests and great service. I
will stay there again, gladly.

Wow Breakfast and cocktails with my stay as well as a 2 room suite. When you travel on a budget this is a great deal. I was treated just as any other guest even on a government rate.

Wonderful!
The rooms were quite nice and very large. We were in a valley with mountains all around. It was a paradise away from the cities. The staff was great and made our stay magnificent.

Bad Hotel
Stayed in rooms 274 &276. Loud party both nights in room 277 with people in hallways and many people coming and going., Outside door by stairs propped open. No security at all! Called desk 2 times first night & 3 times second night. No help! Got very little sleep first night and NO SLEEP the second night! Feared for our safety due to large groups of people entering from propped open outside door from parking lot. Have placed complaint with 1-800-4-choice.Asked for full refund from hotel.

New Haven Hotel
Is the hotel location convenient?
Hotel was in a great location within walking distance to everything including yale.

Decieving Reservation
I loved this hotel when i first walked in, it was a special occasion for my boyfriend and i. i walked through the doors, saw an amazing hotel, very beautiful, got our room keycard, tried to find our room, failed for 30 minutes (we were in 325 and those rooms are up another floor, silly really. they shud number them better. we got to where we thought it shud be, between 324 and 326 but nope, wasnt there! so anyway, went in, great whirlpool room, he even got the room with the harbour view which was more expensive. the harbour view wasnt so much a view of the harbour than that big ship down canal parkway. yes wasnt exactly pretty, but we still had an ok view of the hills. the good thing is that this hotel has fab facilities. old chicago is downstairs (though they wont let under 21's in after a certain time) it also had a green mill across the street and a famous daves down the way (which also has a good amusements there for kids!) my room was beautiful as i already said, the kitchen is well equipped. i was disappointed however at their lack of finished work to teh ceiling. when laying in bed all i could see were air conditioning pipes and water pipes and it was awful. not just that but someone above us was having a shower at 6am and woke us up. the breakfasts here are very good, including hot food such as bacon, scrambled egg, cereal, muffins, juice, coffee, EVERYTHING. they r a good hotel. i think they should review themselves though. these places are ideal for a family as their pool is also a fair size. most restaurants will let u charge ur bill to ur room, and also there is a cinema complex across the harbour about 100ft away.

Paradise Point Resort
The Hotel was dirty! The room (oceanfront king suite) was worse than a Holiday Inn in the 1970's. Mildew curtains, old paint, carpet was musty and the room service sucked! Del Taco is gourmet compared to the food!
It was appauling and sad that we paid over $500.00 per night and reserved the room for 10 days.
What a dissapointment! They even came into the room while we were gone and had pesticides sprayed around the premisis.
The worst place I have ever stayed! We travel around the world and what a dissapointment! 4 star my ass!

Excellent
The Rembrandt Hotel is a nice hotel. Good value for money and very efficient staff. I use often this hotel when traveling to Bangkok. It's centrally located, close to the main transportation means, Skytrain, underground and about 45 min. from the International airport. Last time I stayed on their deluxe rooms, which feature broadband internet and have every ameniety a traveler needs. THe hotel has also very nice restaurants. A must is the indian Restuarant on the roof top. I love indian food and every time I want to take out some of me customers I take them there and each time they remain impressed about the whole experiance. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying around Sukhumvit area this hotel.

Beware.
The lure of weekend rates posted on marqee signs up and down the Bentonville/Rogers hotel row seemed enticing. How could you go wrong at a $49/night rate? The hotel did NOT have a swimming pool to relax and/or occupy the kids. Once we learned of this after just checking in we tried to leave. But the management would not refund our money. The room appeared clean, but later that night found insects crawling in the bathroom. We asked to move, but were not accomodated. Apparently we were just "troublemakers". So no apology or customer service was ever offered.

Great Location and Service
Just had a great stay at the Royal Garden. The location is just great and the views from the rooms and the restaurant on the Tenth floor must be the best in London.

EXCELLENT HOTEL!
My family and I stayed at The Comfort Inn & Suites Galleria for three nights. I came in for a business trip and decided to bring the family along with me as well. My two children LOVED the heated indoor poor! They enjoyed swimming at night time and not have to freeze wen jumping out of the pool. The hotel was setup with Wireless & Wired Highspeed internet throughout the whole hotel. The breakfast in the morning was great, we had waffles, pastries, toast, gravy, fruits, cereal and much more. The staff was wonderful, everything we asked for was taken care of and they made sure we were happy. The hotel was clean and the lobby was beautiful! I was able to get all of my work taken care of & also have a great family vacation. Thanks Comfort Inn!

Horrible Experience
Advertised as pet friendly. They allow pets, however, you cannot leave them alone. I was locked out of my room for leaving my pets alone. I was not informed of this policy nor is it posted anywhere. Because I had left my pets I was moved to another floor at 9p.m.. I was treated very rudely and was threatened to have to leave if I did this again. I had stayed the previous year, with no incidence. The room I was moved to was filthy, dog food on the floor from what I suspect was a guest that had the same thing happen. Pool was cold, hot tub broken and full of scum. Yes, it was cheap but spent a very stressful holiday weekend there. I urge all how considering staying here to read all the reviews. Staff very unforgiving and not willing to help in any way.

Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Service
Love this hotel - it is so beautiful.
The staff is great. The location is off the beaten path a bit but right next to a Culver's Restaurant.
The hotel has great wireless internet.
The hotel is also across the street from a YMCA.
They have business suites, corner suites, spa suites, and a presidential suite.
LOVE IT.

Not very impressed, felt very embarassed
The worst hotel experience (3-nights) ever encountered. For over $400 per night, totally unacceptable.
a) Telephone in the room did not work for 1 day - operator were very rude, would not or redirect the telephone and take messages. Missed some very important calls.
b) 3 colleagues got extremely ill after eating in the restaurant (Laurel Court). Found out from our doctor (who was there with us for the conference) that it was food poisoning due to the expiration salad dressing. Brought it up to the restaurant person the next day WITH the doctor present and was told someone will
get back to me. NEVER did . . . .
c) Another colleague and his wife came back to their room and interupted a hotel staff rifling through their suitcases (took a snapshot of the act on digital camera). They complained and call the police. The very next day, the very SAME thief was in the lobby assisting other guests with their suitcases with another bellmans, "Welcome to the Fairmont Hotel," he said.
Worst and most embarrassing experience by far since I was the one who chose this hotel for our conference. Definitely will not be holding any conference/
function at this hotel in the future, will certainly not be recommending this hotel with colleagues.

nasty rude manager who thinks the housekeeping department is perfect and the customer is wrong! Attitudes that dont care about the customer! would never recoomend or stay there again
