The quality of service at the Holiday Inn Express is superb however, if you have intentions to eat during your stay in Trinidad, I suggest that you stay elsewhere.
The quality of food supplied by the hotel is beyond ridiculous. Apparently the food & beverage coordinator does not take his job seriously because the meals provided are undercooked, without flavor and at times simply disgusting.
I suggest purchasing food at the nearby mall or simply living on cereal. If you insist on eating the meals provided by your hotel, do not stay here.
