My wife and I have had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Concepcion, Chile 5 times in the past three years usually for two weeks at a time.
We have never been welcomed so warmly and treated so nicely as we have at this hotel.
From the manager, to the people at the front desk, to the ladies who clean the rooms, to the way the breakfast is kept full and spotlessly clean, there is no way to adequately express our satisfaction with the entire experience.
The ladies who help me select my evening ice cream and Abel, who is there to help out only add to each wonderful stay.
