This place is a complete dump. The rooms and staff are pathetic. My family and I had reserved a non-smoking room with two double beds and they gave us a room with one king. That wasnt so bad so we didnt complain ... until we actually saw the room. The furniture had holes in it and the room smelled like mildew and garbage. The carpet had blood stains on it and the bathroom was just disgusting. When I asked to have my card refunded, the front desk clerk (who barely spoke English) refused. I immediately called Choice Hotels, International and they issued me a refund. I checked into the Rodeway Inn down the road for the same price and got a new Suite! I would not recommend this Econo Lodge to anybody unless they are very desparate!

Convienent, cheap and comfortable Overall Score: 4.25
For $69.00 a night we were minutes away from SUNY New Paltz and many restaurants. The only drawbacks were that the exercise room only had six machines and two were missing power cords and the breakfast was extremely limited to mini doughnuts and bad coffee. THey were out of juice and milk at 8am! We had a better breakfast elsewhere which was fine.
