Okay..If you like bad service and COLD water!! Overall Score: 1
We took our kids to this park because it is close and also because of the size. The price was just as much as every other one but we thought it would be nice for the smaller children. This was true, except for the fact that the water was FREEZING!!! When we complained they told us that we were the only ones and it was 83 degrees. As the day went on, our kids' lips purple and all, we continued to hear complaints from sseveral guests in the water. The hotel did nothing to remedy this problem and the waterpark manager basically told us to get lost! The hotel room was nice (because it was brand new) but when we asked for towels and blankets we were told they only had a couple and we had to come get them.

A Day of Cold Water Play! Overall Score: 1
MY whole family spend the day at the water park,there were no towels and the water was cold...............All the arcade games were broken and the pools floors looked dirty.The shark that the kids played on was ripped and nasty looking. I would not recommend this water park to anyone till they do some remolding and warm the place up ,and offer more towels that are a little bigger.

Cold Water Waterpark ~ Advice? Do NOT stay here. Overall Score: 1
The waterpark is NOT heated. They say it is. The hot tub is Too Hot to use, and was empty during our stay. The rest of the water in the waterpark was very cold. Children can not swim for long periods and we've been there both in the summer and the winter. They own 3 hotels around the grounds. The female employee "manager/owner" at the nearest hotel to Holiday Inn will literally Scream at you for asking for a discount. Literally scream. When complaining to another employee about our treatment they threatened us with the police because "we were causing trouble". DO NOT STAY HERE would be my best advice. These people are literally crazy.
